I have a feeling that 'post office engineer' was the only character who wasn't in 'Camberwick Green', but I could be wrong.
Are they all jobs Frank Spencer tried, apart from Milliner?
I'll sat they're all from Trumpton except the costermonger, who I'm sure was in Camberwick Green.
And the answer is...
...Costermonger. The others are indeed all characters living and/or working in Trumpton.
Though Steve's answer wins bonus points because it feels like it ought to be right.
